JESUS IS COMING

I'm at work and it's empty,
The glassware, the people, there was a lack of surrounding,
The sound of pure silence the atmosphere was eerie,
And out of nowhere this lady screamed "JESUS IS COMING",

You see Jesus is coming very soon,
It could be in the morning, evening or afternoon,
Today, tomorrow or maybe next week,
You tell people they need to be God fearing but do you practise what you preach?

If Jesus came now are you sure of your place in heaven?
If you're not then you need to be before this happens,
Don't wait until it's too late thinking that you have time,
That you're too young right now, you'll be serious further down the line,

Give your life to him now and accept him as your saviour,
For if you don't accept him as your saviour he cannot save us,
Get baptised and make that commitment to him,
A commitment showing him you're serious and are no longer a slave to sin,

The fear that I felt was a fear I've never experienced,
Fear of death forever for we haven't been consistent,
We've sinned and we believe God is forgiving so all will be okay,
But the truth is there's only so much he can take and that is until judgement day,

God does have mercy he's forgiven us all our lives,
He's given us chances to live and thrive through Christ,
If we ever fall back we need to get back on our feet,
Instead of falling into a hole that we keep digging so deep,

We need to not only be consistent with Church but be consistent with his word,
Consistent with reading, consistent with how we serve,
Through ministry, through giving and through showing love,
Through not lying or fornicating or having lustful thoughts,

Don't look like a Christian on the outside but be something else in the middle,
Because no ones opinion matters when God truly knows what's hidden,
Stay away from transgressing from staying away from iniquity,
As soon as you feel or think of something wrong you need to change your thinking,

We need to love one another like the way God loves us,
We need to forgive one another so that he can forgive us,
We need to give to the homeless and those that are in need,
We need to stop judging one another and instead help people through the right way of teaching,

Life on Earth is temporary but heaven is forever,
And the only way we can get there is if we push ourselves to be better,
Spread the gospel and spread what you learn,
So that others also have the chance to be saved and make it to heaven.

I went to sleep just like every other night, I shut my eyes, no prayer came to mind, The dream I had was so vivid, It felt so real I thought it was lucid, But that's where I went wrong, No this isn't a dream this is another realm, I was in the exact same position I went to sleep in, The exact same room layout, how could I possibly be dreaming? He Has Risen!

Did you know that he has risen?  From death to the tomb to new life and beginnings,  From gifting us with the beautiful Holy Spirit, Once leaving us to be the witnesses, We witnessed the most beautiful thing, Christ has risen, he is King, He is the almighty, our majesty, He’s so powerful can’t you see? Why do you doubt the things which he does? Why do you doubt the words spoken over you? When someone can raise themselves from the dead, There’s nothing that can stop them, they were dead! Meaning that anything is possible with God, Matthew 19:26, nothing stops our Lord, The resurrection was prophesied about and came to pass, His words remain forever, they’ll always last!
